Calculator inputs
Calculations and PDF/CSV exports are performed locally in your browser. Calculator values are not submitted to our server. If you explicitly consent and choose Save locally, up to three scenarios per calculator are stored in this browser’s local storage until you delete them or clear browser data. Other people using this browser may see them. Share links include only eligible rate, term or frequency assumptions in the URL fragment, never dollar amounts. Anyone with the link can see those assumptions.
Country suggestions and preferences
When automatic country detection is active on public pages, your browser may contact api.country.is to suggest Canada or the United States from your IP address. This provider receives your IP address; no GPS permission is requested and no calculator values are sent. Our code caches only a supported country code or an unknown state for the browser session. A manual country or universal-tools choice is kept in local storage when available. Use the country selector at the top to change your choice or re-enable automatic detection. IP location can be wrong, including when using a VPN, and does not establish residency or tax status. The provider's terms and data practices still require review as part of this draft notice.
Technical operations
The website is hosted on Replit. The host may process request information, such as IP addresses and browser metadata, to deliver and secure the site. The exclusions stated for our performance collector do not describe all hosting logs. Hosting-log retention, data location, and applicable provider terms still require confirmation before this notice can be finalized.
Website fonts
Page fonts are served by WealthMathPro rather than requested from Google Fonts by your browser. Font requests do not include calculator inputs. Ordinary website request handling by our hosting provider still applies.
Page performance monitoring
We send browser performance measurements (LCP, INP, and CLS), the public page path without query strings, viewport-size category, and a per-measurement identifier to our server. When monitoring storage is available, the collector stores these measurements with a server timestamp. Our collector does not store calculator inputs, IP addresses, user identifiers, referrers, or cookies. The browser reporter does not send measurements when Do Not Track is set to 1. Measurements are used for site reliability and shown as rolling 28-day summaries. Rows older than 90 days are deleted when collection next runs a cleanup; cleanup runs at most once per day per server instance, not on an independent schedule. Development and production measurements are separated.
Data collection changes
All calculators, advanced modes and exports are free. Advertising and paid personalized reports are not active. This notice requires legal review before publication and must be updated if data practices change.
Feedback by email
The contact form prepares a draft locally and passes only what you type to your email app. It does not send automatically, post comments publicly, or save feedback on this website. If you send the draft, your message and sender address are processed by your email provider and the receiving mailbox provider and used by the publisher to investigate and reply. Mailbox retention and provider processing terms have not been confirmed. Do not send sensitive financial information.
